Cyclone Axe - Charges Bonetti's Defence
Bonetti's Defense - Energy engine and used to lower chance of Vengeful from being interrupted
Sprint - To lose aggro from any avicara/small groups of trolls before the cave
Dolyak Signet - +40 armor which should be kept up at all times
Endure Pain - Safety net incase your health gets dangerously low
Vengeful Weapon - Used to kill Krogg Smush/ any leftover trolls in groups
Vengeful Was Khanhei {E} - Main damage dealer + big heal (referred to as Vengeful in guide)
Generous Was Tsungrai - Extra hp when gathering aggro/running from avicara
Atribbutes and Runes
Strength 15 = 12+1(hat)+2(rune)
Axe Mastery 1 = 0+1(rune)
Tactics 4 = 3+1(rune)
Restoration 12 = 12
The best Absorb rune and Vigor rune you can afford.
Armor and Weapons
Armor - I recommend full Knight's/Ascalon armor from Droks as the -3 damage reduction soon adds up, but any Droks AL armor will work.
Weapon - Any axe with a "Defence" or "Shelter" mod with an Armor +7(vs physical) being ideal. (I use a +6 mod with no issues)
Shield - Any Max AL Shield (req Strength of course
). An Armor +10 vs Trolls mod would be perfect but not essential.The Farm
When Talus Chute loads hit Generous for some bonus health for the initial run to the cave. Head towards the cave avoiding the avicara if possible or use Sprint to lose aggro if they are unavoidable. When at the caves entrance hit generous again to trigger the big health gain to heal from any damage you may have received on the way. Then head into the caves agroing as many trolls as you feel comfortable with (i recommend at least 8 so that 1 Cyclone Axe will charge Bonneti's fully). As soon as you have aggroed the trolls hit Dolyak and wait for them to come to you . Once they are all standing still and attacking you then have 2 choices. 1 hit Vengeful straight away or 2 hit Cyclone to charge Bonetti's to decrease the chance of Disrupting Chop from interupting and then using Vengeful (I always hit Vengeful straight away and have not been interrupted ... yet
). When Vengful has ended hit Cyclone followed by Bonetti's. Dolyak should be ending round about now so dont forget to renew it. After a second Cyclone-Bonetti's combo Vengful should be recharged so use it while Bonetti's is still up. Repeat Cyclone->Bonetti's->Cyclone->Bonetti's->Vengful until the trolls are dead ( this should take 3-4 uses of Vengeful to kill all the trolls)Krogg Smush by can be killed by spamming Vengful Weapon and using Vengeful when possible. I have not tried Whuup Buumbuul as this build has no interrupts for Troll Unguent though I'm sure if you brought one instead of Endure Pain then he could be killed.
Here's a couple of screens showing a good spawn where i had all the trolls + Krogg.
