1-3k is a good offer to this. If you've lost that trade, then I would risk a salvage here. Staff Enchant 20% is a useful component.
Staffs only hold value if they have double mods (10/10, 20/20) that compliment each other. Best if they compliment the req too, but not always essential..
And Vitco's Bullwark is green, so it's always req9. It's worth about 20k atm '_^
