I couldn't find this in the forum.
But today,when I tried to expert-salvage a dagger with both fortitude and warding mod, I actually got both mods. Did they change the way of salvaging?
If they did, it hasn't been mentioned in any recent game update notes. Perhaps you had one of the mods in your inventory already, and didn't realize it until you salvaged the dagger?
You are mistaken. Fortitude and Warding are both suffix mods, meaning they go on the handle. You salvaged 2 different weapons. The only weapon upgradable with 2 handles was a bugged quest axe, which was removed.
