hrmm. In another thread some guy was able to target their own minipet kunavang during a cutscene. It listed it as a "level 1 kunavang doll". See if the trick works with your minipet too.

Yeah... Ill become a person of unrestrained generousity when I wont waste it on idiots who do nothing but throw tantrums when I dont help them, or squander my efforts with their own incompetence. I check daily to see if that time has arrived, by turning Local chat on for a few seconds. As is, Im still bitter.
For those reasons and others, I wont say how I did it, but anyone else who can figured it out is welcome to post it (hint, you have to find a way to cycle through non-offensive targets out of town, like tab would normally do).
And where are these cats and dogs? I dont remember seeing the dog, and cant place the cat. Testing this in town, and it doesnt work, only out of town it seems. Anyone remember where the frog in the kryta swamps is? Is it near Lord Timot?

If I remember correctly, there's a sleeping cat near the north eastern entrance to the underworld. Lying in a corner somewhere near the spawn portal I think. I just remember cuz it reminded me of my own lazy azz cat heh.

I believe the dog is in Eredon Terrace. There is also a cat outside the entrance to the undercity and in Poopy Quarter. Check the thread in screenshot exposition for cat locations.

Ubermancer, that's cool.
I never knew you could target them before. I know you can kill them and make them into your enemies (which then you can target them), but having them oblivious to you and still target them, that's nice to know.
I've gotta figure out how you targeted your mini-pet. That looks like fun (target someone else's mini-pet).

I just find it kinda funny that of all the information you had to withold.... no... make that "hold hostage" in your quest to spite all those stupid players out there, it had to be one of the more useless abilities in the game haha Good stuff. Haven't tried this out (I'm at work) but this is based on Ubermancer's hint:
Target a charmable pet and then tab until you get to your buffalo. The pet (and you) needs to be somewhat near the buffalo.

I actually managed to kill a Water Buffalo, on accident...If you use aoe spells, it will die...Meteor shower near it/inferno/flame burst/etc.

Not really, you stop autofollowing once you get to your target, and the dolls only move to a new location every so often.
