You loose some points because it's not an extreem rare skin. You also loose some points because the req doesn't matches the mods (still in the same class though). The 20/20 is just wonderful. The pretty low req feels good too, it's possible to get the max out this staff for blood.
I saw that 20/20 mesmer staff go for 20 ecto last week and that one had the req of a totaly different class, I don't remember if it was a common skin or not. I would start at 50k and see what response you get. So no pinned pc on this one from me.

Agreed, 50k and up should be attainable (especially with lower req.)
