PC on a Grim Cesta and a near perfect Frost Artifact

1) 10kish (Harder sell due to unpopular/imperfect inherent mod for health)

2) 20k-40kish (Would be higher if perfect 20%, might be a little lower then 20k)

Yes I came here earlier but I wasn't bold enough to give a pc. Good in fow that cesta I think and that +10 vs ud is nice but is it nice enough to replace a casting mod offhand. First mod is not perfect. 5-15k I guess for the believer.

frost artifact: nice req, it's hct and not perfect. 10-20k

I'm not a pc guru so a 2nd opinion would be wise.
