Just wondering whether to sell this or salvage and hope for the best.

Dmg +20% While hp is below 50%
Armor Penetration +20% (20% chance)
Armor +7 (vs elemental attacks)

Is it spikey, club-like or the same as the pvp skin?

Same As PvP version I suppose, has a little gold circle on the head.
