WTB Death Magic Offhand, 20% halves casting, +45hp while enchanted, or close

I need a death offhand for my tainted necro,
20% half casting death is necessary.
I prefer 45hp while enchanted, but will accept something close
+ 5 ar while enchated would be nice as well.
