W.T.B Longbow (feathered skin)

I would like a "feathered" longbow with these stats:

Piercing damage: 15-28 (requiring 8-9 marksmanship)

damage +15% (while health is above 50%)

*20% armor penetration (chance 20%)

*+30 health

I am only interest in the feathered skin, in other word if it is not the feathered skin I DON'T WANT IT. If you are not familiar with this skin there is a picture below you can check.

if u want 20/20 and +30 on it, i doubt you'll want what i have, but if interested, i have a max req 9 feathered Long Bow 14^50 for 3k.
