PC on two shields (Gloom and Magma)

Hi all, I would appreciate your opinions on these two shields -- both have high req:

Gloom Shield
max, gold, req 13 Tactics
+10 vs Lightning
+41 HP in a stance

A non-perfect magma shield:
max armor, req 12 Str (purple )
Health +39 while in a stance
Damage -2 while in a stance

Gloom: Max 10K if that
Magmas: Max 25K if that but some people are freaks about magmas so who knows

20-30k on gloom... people are freakin out more about them right now... have seen total junk sell for 15-20k and up...
