Win Auction = No Win?

Well, a couple of things. Actually you did not win this auction, unfortunately. 
It has a hidden reserve price which was not met:
Reserve price : Yes (Reserve price has NOT been met)
The auction 'ended' without its reserve price being met, so no auction was 'won'. Which is also why you didn't receive an email confirming the auction win. The reserve price not being met is an easy thing to overlook on the page.
Also, (general comment) some people are pretty prompt in contacting others (I try to be), and some take days or weeks (sadly) to complete a transaction. As well, considering all the time zones potentially involved it can take awhile for contact to be made (by either party). I recommend people be patient, within reason, when trying to conclude a transaction. I don't start to wonder about the other person until at least 3 days have passed without any contact.

I don't understand why some people even bother with reserves, if they wanted at least a certain amount of $ for their item, then they should've made that the Starting bid...
@OP: As Legion Magnus said, it takes some people couple of days to make contact. But in your case, since the reserve has not been met, you didn't win the auction. What you can do is contact the Seller anyways and see if you two can work out something
