Not to good with shields, but I am going to guess 35-60kish (But I am probably way off, especially due to the +1 Healing Mod and low Strg. requirement [meaning it can only work well for a warrior primary])

yeh... i would agree... 30-50k was my guess, seeing lotsa w/mo would like this shield... though the hp bonus is not max...
