hi, im trying to ascend and i have 2 questions

1) im a level 14, what level would i get to once i beat him

2) is there an easy way to beat him as a necro?

first off, what is your secondary. if you have /me or /war it will be easy.
if you dont have these secondaries, you should bring all your hp sacrifice skills, but dont use them. wand him to death while you wantch him kill himself.
