I have a lvl 14 Mo\Rt and use 4 of the attributes listed below not including devine favor. I am eerie about my characters Build, What can be better? Please feel free to comment. Thanks for the time.

1) Healing Prayers: 7
2) Smitting Prayers 5
3) Protection Prayers 0
4) Devine Favor 3
5) Communing 7
6) Restoration Magic 0
7) Channeling Magic 7

My Healing prayer skills Are:
1) Orison of Healing
2) Healing touch
3) Heal Party

My Communing Skills are:
1) Pain
2) Mighty Was Vorizun

My Channeling Skills Are:
1) Spirit Boon Strike
2) Spirit Rift

My Smitting Skills Are:
1) Retribution

I do very well bielive my Build is flawwed. But if you would just comment on how you would go about creating this very build i would appriciate it.

You're better off not spreading your att points in 5 different lines. Most builds are more potent if you keep your skills lines to 2 or 3.

As a monk, you should probably focus on healing and Divine Favor.

More variety = Less purpose

Right now, I would drop smiting prayers and channelling.

Retribution is practically useless, spirit rift is only good if the enemy stays in one spot. Spirit Boon Strike has a long recharge, medium cost and medium casting time. It also doesn't do a lot of damage vs Warriors and Rangers in higher levels.

I would suggest:
Rebirth or Resurrection Chant instead of Retribution.
Mend Ailment instead of Spirit Boon Strike
Blood Song instead of Spirit Rift

You may want to increase your attibutes in one area and keep points in devine your secoundary is really for defence or energy management.
