PC on rare skin, req 8 Plagueborn Hornbow

AP 20% (19%)

I'm currently trying to track down the perfect mods, when I find enough cash.
Can I have a PC on the current version and if it was perfect, please.

PS. I realise the Damage bonus is not very appealing to most, but it has not bothered me as a R/Mo as I just use Judge's Insight (for an extra 20% AP and the +15%) or Retribution to gain the bonus.

Will upload picture if required, but I don't think it's needed.

15-20k+ and don't mess with mods
