plagueborn scepter: Uncommon skin, low req, two good mods but hct not hsr. I think 25k is a good starting price.
jellyfish wand: not so popular common skin, high req, two good mods but it's a jellyfish. I don't see this go very high but I might be wrong. 5-15k
