PC on sword, bow, axe and icon

PC please:

1) the inherent mod is not wanted so I would salvage.

2) 10-15k (20-50% of the price of a req13 15^50 which can be found in the sticky: http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s....php?t=3063024)

3) not sure

4) 2 mods, but not so popular ones and the 2nd one is not perfect, low req though. 5-10k maybe more.
