All above are sticky values minus a little. With the impending release of Nightfall, it's becoming harder to sell at considered full value.

Use this sticky as a guide for values. If an item has a damage modifier that's 1% off perfect, reduce it's value by around 70%. If it's 2% or more off perfect, then only worth a sale if it's a very rare/desired skin.

Absolutely, but I think this may be just a phase. I would consider not selling at this point.

Agreed, depending on how much you need the money. If 50k seems like a lot to you, and you're not desperate for the money, then it may be worth waiting to see how prices fair after NF has settled. There's not much of a gamble with the Chaos Axe, imo, I think that should retain it's value quite well. It seems to be one of the items that remains synonmymous with being a guild wars leet '_^
