This is just a build i randomly threw together so plz no comments like "OMG you shouldnt have put that skill there". i myself think it has some nice DPS.

Attributes:
16 Dagger
13 shadow
rest on crit

skills:
Jagged strike
Fox fangs
Death blossom
Critical eye
Deaths charge
Shadow refuge
Troll ungent/Healing breeze/anything you think needs added
Res sig/Rebirth

Summary:
This build i think has some nice DPS and everything is only 5 energy (unless you dont take ranger as a second proffesion or just dont use troll unguent)with this build you first before you aggro, use critical eye then deaths charge to your target. then just use jagged, fox and death blossom in that order. if you need health just cast one of your healing skills. For this build you might want some good armor and a nice dagger or you might not get the DPS you expected .

Preferably one which instantly recharges your attack skills. Then you got yourself cheap spammable skills.

Critical Eye doesn't really belong there, and I'd put Return as the 7th skill instead of another heal.

Swap out Jagged Strike for Unsuspecting Strike. Deals more damage, and nothing in your skill bar benefits from bleeding. All the other skills in your bar are only 5 energy and with Critical Eye you'll definitely be able to afford it. Also it should be 13 Critical Strikes and everything else in Shadow Arts. Also as others have said plunk an elite into that seventh slot either Moebius Strike so you can continually chain Death Blossom or Flashing Blades to take some pressure off your monk.
