Priest Of Balthazar is a Meanie Head (cant belive i just said that)

i was looking around at the priest of balthazar thing, and i wanted to get a superior curses rune for a PvP SS character, but...none of the superior necro runes where there at all, idk if its just me, or there is something wrong...and i havent already unlocked them or anything like that, any help would be surely appreciated

You have to first unlock the minor, then the major before it'll even display the superior in the window.......

Minor > Major > SUperior

Actually, the information above is close, but not 100% accurate. In order for you to unlock a superior rune, a max vamp mod, etc. One of lesser quality/ability must already be unlocked. In the case of runes, this means you must have a major rune of the appropriate type unlocked. This unlock can occur through playing the game, in which case, your priest of balthazar might show both a minor rune, and the superior rune as being available for you to unlock. Un the case of weapon mods such as vamp, you don't have to unlock all the vamp mods ahead of the max vamp mob. If you have found and identified (thereby unlocking) a lesser version mod you want to unlock, say a +2 vamp bow string, you can jump to the +5 vamp bow string at the priest. This applies for all the weapon mods that have various levels of effectiveness. If you go the straight balthazar faction route, you'll first pay to unlock the lowest level version, and then you can unlock the max level version.
