Dear Buyer,
Energy weapon skins only mainly drop in factions to date. There are some known chapter 1 energy weapons out there, but they are like req 7 15^50 weapons. Uber Rare. Since the skin hasnt been in the game that long, there is less of a chance, (just by percentages) that the bow you are looking for even exsits.
I would suggest you stop looking now for that energy grinning, and save yourself some heartache now before you spend over 3-4 months looking for one.
P.S. I wish they would drop energy weapons in FoW and other Prochies zones, but you have to complain to A-net on that one
