Your post is too vague. Some might even say that a gothic axe req 13 no inherant mod with ebon hilt is perfect, cause techinally it is. You might want to edit your post with a req range (ie 8-13), damage mod (15^50, 15 -10, 15 -5,) and mods on them (zealous, health, sundering, clean). Hope this helps.

P.S. and it avoids posts like this one, but hey you get a free bump for it
