free trial

i want to know if there is a free trial i been looking in the website but i dont see it so i would like to know if GW has one .ty in advance

I think ATI used to have some 10-hour-trial event for Guild Wars, but that isn't around anymore. Stick around, though. It is likely that when the third chapter in the Guild Wars series (Nightfall) comes around, there will be a free PvE preview weekend, where you will be able to make an account for free and join in the fun.

The only trial I know of is a 10 hour/1 week free trial that someone gets when they buy the preorder. Only thing is, if you play for 10 hours straight, you use up all your time.

The Factions PvP weekend didn't give out free accounts, did they? So if Factions didn't give any free accounts for PvP and gave out free accounts for PvE when the time came, what's to stop the same pattern from happening with Nightfall?

Of course, that only applies if Factions didn't give a free PvP weekend account. I honestly can't recall.

If nothing else, once the pre-release packs are out, someone may give you the key to the 10 hour trial. But that is not untill the 15th.

yeah, they we're invite only trials though, so you can't get one if you dont have friends... :P j/k

If you stick around the forums, and if they do have another friend invite for PvE, there might be some threads where people will offer free invites, you'll just need to contact them should the oppourtunity arise^^.

I really don't think they did in the PvP weekend.

yeah it's been said that they didn't, but they did allow trials for the PvE weekend event.

Many magazines have free trials...

I distinctly remember creating another account for the Factions PvP weekend, but ended up using my regular account anyways.
