Well, it all started with my 11yr old brother trying to make a wooden toysword himself. He failed miserably (can't realy blame him, he actually had to use his lil handsaw instead of electric tools) so i figured i'd suprise his this afternoon with a cool wooden sword. And everyone know fellblades looks kickass, so after printing out a screenshot i came up with this :

some details :
It's around 75cm in length, and made from 18mm multiplex. The handle was first rounded and then wrapped with cloth (pretty much like it looks on an ingame fellblade).

All in all i found it came out pretty well, and my bro is happy with his new sword

would be hot if you could do it on a CNC machine, since you can't make a blade on it with power saws...

angled cuts on CNC machines are also more precise.

Anyhow, nice work.
