The un-ID'ed market crashed awhile back due to testing. If this is feathered you might be able to go to Drok's and get 5-10kish for it, if wooden ID and hope that it seems good. Best thing to do is ask for a PC on an ID'ed item, as un-ID'eds are harder to figure out due to the market crash.
