Cheat? Worthless or not?

This isnt exactly sure to work but i have an idea that might not work here is the idea: Create a pvp character lets say a w/mo by the name of ex:fight fight figit so u get armour right.Then u put it into ur bank.Now u delete your pvp character and create a new pve character also called fight fight figit. You go throug hthe searing you pay for the storage and u see the armour u put into the storage(if armour is delted after acount is delted then plz say so) u then take it and its customzed for the old fight fight figit so now you newbie acount has pvp armour the question is

A:is armour delted after the acount is?
B:If a is no then can a character with the same name wear the armour?

im sorry for bother u if this does not work for i have not tried it having no open slots in my acount.

Can I transfer customized armor to another character with the same name?
