if you install prophecies onto you computer and create and account and then add factions to the account, are they tied to the account? example--i go to a friends house who only has factions installed. if i go on my account, will i be able to go to tyria? or the oppostie--my friend only has prophecies. if i go on my account can i travel to cantha?

hope that isnt too confusing

yes you can, but the only thing that im not sure of is whether or not you'll end up downloading a very big file to be able to play it.

You can have both games or either one installed on your computer, its just the key alone that will determine whether you can access those areas.

Yep, you can go to tyria on your account if you're using a computer that doens't have Factions installed. It's just that every time you go to a new town/outpost/area you'll have to wait for the downloads for that place. I have both and played both places on a guildie's 'puter that only had Prophecies.

If your friend only has Factions, you can still go to Tyria. However, whenever you go to an outpost/new area, you will have to download files for the place. Some maybe be big, some small.
