Not sure if this has been addressed yet, so Im going to address it myself. I've been fiddling around with my nieces factions account until I get my own to find a new build I like. So far, the Rt/R is my favorite. I've only got her to lvl15 so Im not sure how it will fair at higher levels, but it may be worth looking into for those of you who love ranger.
Communing
Beast Mastery
Wilderness Survival
Using Pain and Blood along with your companion pet of choice gives you a small army, adding 3 additional attacking creatures to your party.
Blood Song :: Pain :: Draw Spirit :: Charm Animal :: Comfort Animal :: Poisonous Bite :: Troll :: Winnowing
Now ... The FYI note I was talking about
DRAW SPIRIT WORKS ON RANGER SPIRITS AS WELL AS RITUALIST SPIRITS. Yes, I made this build for the specific purpose of finding out if this is true or not and it is. The only thing I do not like is that you do not have an easy way of targeting your individual spirits or a way to draw all spirits at one time.
Also, keep in mind that with ranger, you also can make a sprint build using storm chaser and run as one, which can be very helpful as well.
Anyway, Im not a scholar of the game by any means, but I thought these were some interesting points and worthy of note.
Have fun!

Winnowing works with Bloodsong/pain?, that really is all the synergy I see in here.

Draw spirit works on ranger spirits too? Correct me if I'm wrong, or if this was fixed, but doesn't it just move the spirit and not the spirit's effect?
Pick Me
The way it works is, the spirit moves by the transfer. The effects are always by the area of effect surrounding the spirit. Thus if the spirit moves, the AoE of the spirit gets moved to the spirit's new location. It makes no sense if the effects stay where the spirit was originally cast, when the spirit moves around. Granted I never tested the spirit transfer spell, but that is what should happen.

it should happen...
But it wasnt happening, dunno if they fixed it... Before you were moving a spirit, the effect wouldnt move at all..

I think the problem is when use on Ranger Nature spirit. Some people tested it and and the effect stay but the spirit moved.
Im not sure if they fixed this bug yet.
