A Factions account will work with Nightfall........ if you buy Nightfall and add it to your account

Each chapter must be purchased separately and added to an existing account. You could add Prophecies to your account right now if you wanted to.

if you buy it be sure to choose the merge account choice if you wish to move your characters from one chapter to the other
