Dagger Mastery: 13 ( 10+1+3)
Critical Strike: 13 (10+3)
Deadly Arts:8
You must have Superior rune of dagger mastery+cap,sup rune of Critical strikes and minor rune of deadly arts.......and some superior vigorous rune ( +50 health)
This is for AB,and PvP if you want but you need change 1 of this skills to Ressurect Signet!
If you play with it you will see this build very good,just you need some practise!
Just before you start fight cast Vigorous spirit,if they block your attacks- you have expose defense......if they blind you-you have purge condition.....if you have hex on you-cast healing breeze!

You see that this build have -100hp,but it is not problem.
This build i put before on forum but i think people need see this build because it is different and people in AB like it

Seems pretty good cept why do u have blades of steel and not twisting fangs? yes u may have 1 more dagger attribute point in dagger than criticle, but imo twisting fangs is much better. and also u only have 2 dagger skills(PS doesnt count) so blades of steel will only be doing 11+ dmg for 2 attacks....seems like a waste.
Blades of steel (+11 or 12dmg x 2)x2 attacks recharging or bleeding +30dmgx2 and a deepwound...tw is better for ur build.
careful of energy too since HB is 10 energy expose is 10 i think and so is palm strike.

Energy is not problem because build have 13 in criticals and you in many hits get +3 energy!

good thing you said almost, or id scream at you and tell you that my 4 move combo flourish build owns with blades of steel 100 times better then death blossom would 
And, lord niburu, i dont think you realize that there are a lot of hexes that healing breeze wont help against. Watch somebody throw backfire on you and say oh a hex, time to use hb

Twisting fangs will deal more damage then blades of steel in the normal hits, plus you get deep wound and bleeding on them.
And one more minor flaw, read your attributes very carefully and look at the math for the dagger mastery points.

1 point from dagger mastery goes to deadly arts so it can be lev 8!
I dont know why you dont like build,it is very good for me.
You can change blades of steel for twisting fangs,but twisting fangs degen will not kill monk....you can take what dual attack you want that is not problem,but i think I had a good idea. You can change it

For the last friggin time: It is NOT the degen from bleeding that kills the monk. It's the deep wound. You basically do 20% More damage. O RLY?
Bloodied Blade
Use Twisting Fangs instead of Blades of Steel, also drop Healing Breeze or Vigorous Spirit for a Res Sig.
