The un-ID'ed market crashed awhile back ago among the fact that you can test weapons to see what obvious mods they have (shield go in stance, cast an enchantment, or just see health rise are obvious ones). In short the only way to get an accurate PC is to ID the weapon, if you don't want to do this go to Drok's and just try and sell it at a high price and go down until you find a buyer.
