PC on Poisionous Great Axe of Fortitude

Slashing 6-28, req. 9 axe, 15^50, lengthens poison 33%, +30 hp

Would it be worth while to buy & put on a 20/20 sundering haft and then sell it?

It would NOT be worth buying and placing a 20/20 haft on it, mods don't add to the value of a weapon (very much value anyway) and mainly just make it eaiser to sell.
