Fastest way for Cantha characters to go from Lion's Arch to Amnoon Oasis?

I was wondering what's the fastest way for a Canthan character to go from Lion's Arch to Amnoon Oasis? I honestly don't recall how many missions from Lion's Arch are needed to get there. Can you get there on foot? Or which mission was it that takes you there?

Just get a run from LA to sanctum cay. Either fight through sanctum cay mission or get a runner. And your at amnoon oasis before you know it.

A normal run will take you from LA to Bergen, then to ToA, then to Fisherman's, then to Sanctum Cay. You can usually get a runner there (although they are becoming few and far between). Then you are at amnoon.
