considering this is a rare skin ( we'll, semi - rare ) , I didn't want to merch it , need a pc on it first ^^

well.. most -20 offhands go for 5-10k unles its dual modded (add a 10% recharge to that or something) ...
dunno what affect the medusa head will have on teh price here but i'll guess 10k range.

you cant mod offhands ethreal unless theyve added somehting new
but it doesnt heven have a energy mod
so i wouldnt think it would be worth that much but hey ur the merch im the squire

they are called "inherant" mods, meaning they are "built into" items... he wasn't saying you can add mods....
