my wonerful healthy axe 55 build need a few tips

ok i have a 55 monk thats pretty good but i heard that there was a bttr way of making one especcially for the UW and FOW when farming ectos and what not.

the skills i use are as follows

mening~balth spirit~prot spirit~healing breeze~blessed sig~sheild of judgement ~furious axe~and executioners strike.

now these work pretty well for me i die very rarely unless faced with necros or mesmers wich im pretty sure the UW is full of. how can i counter mesmer and necro spells like shatter enchants and desecrate enchants??
and what smiting skills should i use for facing the infinate undead

try the monk forum

Basically you need to cap spellbreaker... It nullifys all spells against u for 'x' amount of time. Only downer is you'll have to give up Shield of Judgement as it's also an elite skill.

i have both skills the only prob is that SB only works for that short amount of time so there will be about a 17 second period in which im in foul territory

It should be posted in the Farming Forum not the Monk Forum.Savio needs to make new sticky I think.

instead of using the 2 axe skills, i suggest you use like holy strike, at 16 smite, it does 105 damage when they're knockeddown. i'm sure its more than both attacks combined. and you have room for more attributes too
