Will "heros" be able to go to other chapters??

Just wondering if the customizable henchman will be albe to travel to tyria or cantha? Any ideas? or anwswers??

My guess is no. Reason being, they sound like a Nightfall only deal (kinda like the expanded storage issue!)
Plus, it also sounds they are tied heavily to the storyline (although no one knows exactly how that works), and it wouldn't make sense "storywise" for them to travel with you to other Lands.

i highly doubt you can because like in factions you cant bring canthan henchies to tyria. Also, people would see them and they might not have nightfall so the people with the "heroes" can brag.

I'm fairly confident that they won't be able to go to Tyria and Cantha. However, I see no reason why ANet might not keep them going in future campaigns if they are a big hit. (Although that's pure speculation on my part)

I go with my Ranger all the time as access my materials box from Proficies places.
That being said, I think you can only get your heroes in Nightfall, but then bring them over to other campeigns with your characters.

Yeah, honestly I think I would be pretty stupid on A.net's part to NOT bring hero's into other chapters. I mean, weapons, storage upgrade (as big freddy above explained), armor, and other Factions items/features work in Phrophecies.

I have no idea, and unless anyone has read anything from Anet saying otherwise, there really isn't any telling. But I imagine that they would have to implement some totaly new feature to henchmen selection in order for this to work, though obvious they already are just to make them customizable...
I will enjoy them either way, but it would be a serious selling point to be able to customize henchmen in previous chapters. I am more interested in seeing them in future chapters, I imagine they will continue this feature, but possibly not, and that would suck....

Do you guys think we will be able to custimize our hero's looks, through like a character creation page?
I'm guessing no because i read about how we can only have certain heros at certain times, but what do you think?

my guess is that you will be able to pick and dye armors and weapons for them. hopefully there will be a hairdresser NPC that can modify OUR hair and theirs as well.

Shessh...... you guys are joking right? Of course we will be able to take them to other chapters. If any of you have been reading anything, you would know that reports have said that the Heros will be "an addition on to your character" and be customizable.
And lah duh their Nightfall only! But we can still use our storage features in Tyira, even though they are from the Factions campaign.
What good would the expansion be, if the main centerpoint of it wasn't flexable enough to travel to other Chapters?
In fact, I'm so certain that Heros will be able to travel to all of the Chapters, I'll delete all of my characters if they aren't.
I don't even know why this Thread is still here... its just so obvious that we WILL be able to take our heros to other chapters, even if all of the features are nightfall, their still essentially henchmen.

It would be good if you could use the heroes in other chapters but only if you have bought nightfall as then other people would see them and it might make them go out and buy nightfall.

I also really hope you can use them in Underworld and fissure, then i might actually be able to clear everything in one go as appose to bits at a time 
Though uw/fow are abit different so i would expect that seen ya cannot take hench to either that heros would also not be able too. What are your thoughts on this?

I honestly think lina is the best henchman ever. I wondered why for a while, then looked back at my old D2 characters. Apparently i had made a character also named Lina o.O.

Judging from the information at hand, Heroes are custom henchmen that you level from the ground up and able to put any kind of armor on them and customize their skills. Kind of like companions.
Obviously, normal henchmen can't traverse between Chapters. But WE have seen LEAD characters as Henchmen and they ARE in more than one Campaign. Devona and friends were not left behind. And they will most likely be in Chapter 3 as well.
They might BAR them from elite areas like FoW, UW, Urgoz and the Deep though. But they will most likely traverse chapters JUST so as long as you unlock them in Elona.
Otherwise, it would defeat the purpose of having your own personal henchmen.

So they'll be like a mini-pet? Only they won't cost you an arm and a leg and they'll actually DO something or other yell!? 
If they take up party list space then we'll be getting alot of 4 person parties, which can't always be a bad thing... And if it does transfer over to the other campaigns then there's going to be alot of happy people at THK.

Actually I kind of think of heros like a core game mechanic of Nightfall sort of like the whole deal with alliance battles so I wouldnt say they couldnt come to tyria or cantha just yet but I really wouldnt thin they would be able to.
