PC on 3 Gold Focus Items

I have really no idea what to do with them as I haven't find a guide that helps value focus items... should I sell them to the merchant?

1) GOLD
Flame Artifact (Nice look, factions skin)
Energy +12 (Requires 10 Fire Magic)
Armor +5 (while Health is above 50%)

2) GOLD
Protective Icon (standard skin)
Energy +12 (Requires 9 Protection Prayers)
Armor +5 (while enchanted)

3) GOLD
Gilded Artifact (nice skin, faction)
Energy +12 (Requires 10 Fast Casting)
Halves skill recharge of Inspiration Magic skills (Chance: 20%)

merch all 3 as they only have one mod
