I am not sure how to write the stats in shorthand if someone can help me with that I'll list the stats in my post.
Edit - I think I saw something similar to the axe on the sticky thread but I don't know how to calculate it with the mods on it.

1. use the sticky price of 40-60k. Mods don't change value
2. ~50k maybe. Most prot skills have fast cast times anyway. Get a second opinion on it though
