WTB cheap +15% swords and a few mods

Hi, i want to buy :

For swords:

Defense mod
Vampiric mod

*note must be perfect and pretty cheap*

A HIGH REQ. sword with +15% ( prefers always, but only -5 energy, will take 15^50, but will take more of -5 energies)! Remember I like rare skins!

I am not looking to spend a lot of money ABSOLUTELY NO 100K + XX ECTOS DEALS YOU WILL BE WASTING YOU TIME FOR THOSE DEALS. Also, I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR ANY MODS YOU PUT ON (My policy .... sry i will be replacing them unless its a set of the two mods i ask above, but don't be expecting it to go into the ectos regions anyways)
