Hey all,
Ive made (or modded actually) an A/E build which is designed for a lot of pressure.
Ive got the idea here:
http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/A/E_Conjured_Fury

As you see the build is unfavored, but I still liked the idea.
So I gave it a try:
Attributes:
Dagger: 12+1+2
Critical Strikes: 8+2
Water Magic: 10

Equipment:
Icy daggers of enchanting with 15% enchanted
Zealous daggers of enchanting with 15% enchanted
Also use Shrouded Armor for more energy.

Skills:
Golden Phoenix Strike
Horns of the Ox
Falling Spider
Twisting Fangs
Armor Of Mist
Locusts Fury
Conjure Water
Res Sig

Note:
Equip icy daggers most of the time, using the zealous ones will give you more energy but wont trigger conjure waters additional damage so remember to switch back.

Usage
Use Conjure Water then Locusts Fury and after that Armor Of Mist. You will now have 100 armor, a 33% speedboost 50% chance to dual strike and +11 dmg with every hit. Run to an enemy and start attacking. As soon as they kite off their group (so Horns of the Ox KDs) start the skillchain. If your target isnt dead just keep applying the pressure. Once he's dead repeat and find a new target

Please commend and critize this build

Sounds ok.. Conjure + locusts is nice. Is there really no way to get 13 crit strikes?

I suggest you choose your targets wisely ( no rangers, or groups ). Icy should own warriors hard.

there is, but then youd have to lower dagger mastery or water magic, both kinda important
Locusts lasts longer then its own recharge if you got 10 crit+20% enchant mod and the energy management is fine, as with all those dual strikes combined with 10 crit gives enough energy, only problem is that you cant use your skill chain short after you put up enchants.
Doesnt work well on rangers indeed, but the skillchain is still lethal to them^^
