Tips on the Blessed Light build

I recently decided to have a change from Boonprot and I had heard about the Blight build. I hopped on Wiki and got this build for it:

Divine Favour: 12
Portection :8
Healing: 8
Inspiration: 7

Portective Spirit
Blessed Light {e}
Reversal of Fortune
Mend Condition (I use Mend Ailment because I personaly prefer it)
Gift of Health
Signt of Devotion
Drain Enchantment
Revealed Hex

I tried this out in an AB for a bit, it seemd good but i think that this is meant for PvP, how can i change it for PvE (such as where can i include a rez?) and how to play it in PvE.

For PvE, drop drain ench for rebirth and revealed hex for power drain or a cap sig or something.
