If you want a req 9 with "imperfect" mods you can pick em up in game for around 80-95k, I know this because I regularly sell them myself. 200k is for a req 8 with "imperfect" mods and 300K is for a completely clean base ie: req 8 15^50 and zero mods or for a perfect modded req 8 15^50 20/20 +30, as you can pick up +30hp and 20/20ap for 100k. As always the true value of any weapon is what a buyer is prepared to pay, sellers invariably need to sell so the power is almost always with the buyer, unless you are dealing in uber rare (crystalline or serpent axe)in which case money is usually not a problem.
The reason my fellblade is top of the price range is I am not really desperate to sell, but if the right offer came along I would sell, it is a sword I like so if I don't sell, no problem!.
A req 9 is therefore not worth 100k let alone 100k+10 "lol".

You have no idea what your talking about, I'm laughing in real life. Of course, if your "selling a good req9 fellblade for 85-95k someone is going to buy it. 100k+5-15 ecto is a average price for a good req9 fellblade. anyone will tell you that.
