Add status icon on healthbars for Shouts

Such as a silver shield or icon to show who's under the effects of a shout.
I'm thinking it might be useful through the Nightfall campaign as well.

Nothing like shouting "Shield's Up!" a second after your companion just did the same.

Ritualist weapon spells have an icon, so it's possible in this regard to add one.

Yay or nay?

I guess if you really want it, but I don't really see the need.....
