As a semi decidcated farmer I am always looking for things to improve my chars, a green staff for my monk, a totem axe for my warrior, etc. Is there any farmable(green) elementalist staffs? I have not heard or seen any.

Well, there is kunvie's staff which you can farm with a IW Spirit Bonding Mo/Me. I think.

Koosun's Fire Staff might still be farmable; I'm not sure.
But you don't need greens, collector items work well too. Get a 20/20 staff from a collector, and mod it.
