Perhaps now i will only form Bonus groups for Nightfall missions with those who have Protector of Tyria/Cantha and as usual reject any assassin who try to sneak into our groups who then pm the usual nonsense that they are the biggest fcuk who are expert at that mission and we are so gonna regret not having them in our group?
PvE PuGs are a joke...seriously.
Heroes FTW....then again last i remember this is a multiplayer game after all...

Well, I just used PUG's to do all the missions up to the one after battle in the sewers, and yes a lot of groups are not organized; however, only one of those PUG groups didn't get masters, so generalizing them all as a joke might be an underestimation. BTW I have over 200,000 exp so far and haven't died while playing in those groups. Anyways, survivor is a title that does seem to hold some weight, but the blasted power levelers give it a bad rap since people could buy their way to it.
hehehe - consider this... A common PUG player may have bad groups and therefore difficult battles more often, which will more accuratly test and fine tune their abilities to come out of bad situations alive.
Does a better built group have more room for mistakes? Yes
Which group is harder to adapt to? a PUG
Which group would a new player that is simply told what skills to bring have a better chance of surviving? an Organized Group
Basically, organized groups are harder to put together but are then able to be lazier when playing.
So is it possible for PUG's to be the ultimate training grounds for making great players??? I'll leave that one in the air.
