i believe its req 11 (but it might be 10), and its max gold, 14^50, 5/1 vamp, +29hp... also, is it true these are only dropped in FOW? so are they also considered a "rare" skin? not just a new skin. ty in advance

Yeah, I am pretty sure they are only dropped in FoW, but tend to drop commonly compared to other weapons considered rare in FoW.
