My Guild
Sam The Ripper
So i created a guild a month(or less)ago called narcosis engraved. Now it has cape hall and 10 members. The only problem is that the 9 members(the 10th is me)are always offline! Some of them have reched 3 weeks off.others may log in after a few days or so.The consequenses are that when i recri new members they leave instantly or after one day or so.What can i do??I don't want to leave the guild because i'va spent 15k(15000) on it

Well the only advise I can give you is to recruit good firends that play guild wars that are online often. You really cant start a guild on your own, I've tried. You need at least three other frineds to help you keep the guild alive. You have tp have good members aswell who are commited to been online. You also need to cater to a kind of player, it's no use saying that your going to do everything, GvG, Ha, TA, PvE, when yolu have a small user group, try aiming for a PvE guild in the beginning and gradually develop into other things. Organise events, like UW runs or challenge mission runs to get people onlnie.
The Pointless
Depressingly, You'll have to press on. I started Pointless Clan in a bit of a rage after a leader's girlfriend with issues ruined everything in the last guild I was a member of. It's a common thing for lazy players not giving new or inactive guilds a chance. Plus, if you recruited from a starter area like Pre-Searing Ascalon or Shing Jea Island, those new members are likely to be newcomers who will eventually find the game isn't to their liking and give it up.
Like I said, press on. Nightfall will go live in couple of months and with a new game comes new players.

My husband's brother formed the guild I am part of, he now works 2 jobs and one is spilt shift so its been almost 3 months since he was last online....that leaves me and my husband. It depends what you want to do with your guild, my hubby and I are fine with being the only members in our guild, but if you want to do more pvp and such you should maybe pug around and find some people that you might want to invite into your guild....may take some time to find these people, but dont give up hope.

Please read some the stickies and posts in the forum concerning starting and running a guild. These types of questions have come up before and I think a lot can be gained from reading the various tips already posted.
