WTB Any weapon with inherent -regen + damage mod

Skin, requirement, even type of weapon doesn't matter. As long as it's -1 regen, + whatever damage I'm interested.

Note this is not a vampiric weapon, although if you have one with a vampiric mod on it I would be interested as well.
