Gameplay Question

My friend has his settings in a way where clicking on an ememy or object doesn't attack it or try to pick it up.

Let's say he clicks on a chest while running in the Fow. He can run in a straight line avoiding aggro, click on the chest, select it and still keep to the path of running (It doesn't break the running motion by running towards the chest).

After selecting the item/enemy, the "do it" function is Space Bar.

I was wondering how to set my system up like this. I cannot get hold of him lately, I think he's on holiday.

Its in options, under controls. You just need to set it so that it needs you to double click to initiate actions. I dont remember the exact setting, but thats it I think.
