Help ! - Can't change my password!

Hi!

Someone have been hacking into my account, and now I will change pw, ofcourse. But, suddenly when I try to change under edit account, it says i need to go to www.plaync.com to do it. So i did, registered, but there is no password changer for GW there! And I have an ordinary mail, not a @plaync account. When I changed mail and PW before, I could just do it in-game under edit account. Someone have the same issue? Please help me!

You have to add your gw account to a plaync master account. From there you go to manage (plaync) account. From there you can manage your GW account and change password. (you can't change your password the old way since they added the ingame store and attaching it to a plaync account makes it harder to steal anyway)

Thanks, but how do I add my GW account to my plaync master account? tried to add cd key at game list, but it said it was used..

If you login to GW and click the ingame store; it'll force you to add your account to a plaync account before you can view the store.

I've already used the store, but didnt get that message :S

Next get your butt on GW, log out, yes. See that reset password button? Click it, type in your Account Email, and you should recive a random safe password within the hour. Afterwards I suggest you change the password to something completely different, and your Account Name. Also clear our your Account Information, it's dangerous keeping anything on there.

They might have changed it since they first added it; but when it was new the ingame store made you add your account to a plaync account. Which was nice for me as I already had an account for CoV/CoH and now everything's together.
